Caterina Lazor, B.Ed., M.Ed. is the Director of Academics at MaKami College, where she leads curriculum innovation, academic quality, faculty support, and strategic initiatives that enhance student success. Beginning her career as a K–12 educator, and now moving to higher education, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower both students and educators. An award-winning educational leader and conference speaker, Caterina has presented on educational leadership, culturally responsive teaching, and student engagement, and proudly leads MaKami College's annual Impact Professional Development Conference. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three who believes education has the power to transform lives and strengthen communities.
